    System design, help specifying a room, commissioning a build, a driver for gear nobody has written one for yet, or a second opinion before you order. We do that work too, and we are happy to quote it.

    Do I need the cloud to use OpenAVC?

    No. OpenAVC runs on its own and always will. Program your spaces, build touch panels, automate everything, all locally, with nothing to pay. The cloud adds remote access and monitoring for teams that want it.

    Do I need OpenAVC installed to use the cloud?

    Yes. The cloud connects to OpenAVC running on your own hardware. Install OpenAVC first, then pair it to your cloud account with a token from the portal.

    I manage systems for several clients. How does that work?

    You get an integrator account, and every client system lands on one meter and one bill at the price above. Your clients never need their own subscriptions. The portal keeps each client separate, carries your branding, and lets you build a space once and deploy it again.

    Can I pay monthly instead of annually?

    Yes. Month to month is $7 a space, and support is $5. The prices above are the annual rate.

    Can a small site get support?

    Yes. A church with two spaces pays $6 a month for the cloud and $49 for support, which is the minimum.

    Is there a limit on the AI assistant?

    No counter, nothing to top up, and nothing to buy. Use it as much as your work needs. We watch for activity that is clearly abnormal, and an account doing something like that may have a ceiling applied, but we would talk to you first.

    What happens when I add a space?

    Your bill goes up by $6, and by $4 more if you have support. Nothing else changes, and nothing is capped.
