Organizations manage their own AV systems. Think a university, a house of worship, or a corporate campus. Integrator accounts are for AV companies that deploy and manage systems across multiple client sites from a single dashboard. A client site managed by an integrator does not need its own cloud subscription.
Yes. Annual billing saves about 17%. You pay for 10 months and get 12.
Free plans have a hard limit. Paid plans include a 30-day grace period, then per-system overage billing starts automatically. Overage rates vary by plan and are shown during the upgrade process in the cloud portal.
